Participant Arrival and Registration
Participants arrive, complete attendance and school verification, collect passes and event kits, and have breakfast before moving to the auditorium.
Registration CountersFilter by event type and explore the full two-day flow. Crisis Command and Cent$ible run at the same time in separate venues, so you follow the one flagship you chose at registration. The shared blocks (opening, meals, Open Stage, Cultural Night, Carnival and the Closing Ceremony) are common to everyone. Participants get their own personalised timings in the portal.

Registration CountersDignitaries are received and all participants are seated ahead of the opening.
AuditoriumCeremonial lamp-lighting, welcome performance, addresses by the Élan Director, school leadership and the Chief Guest, the Élan film, and the introduction of both flagships.
AuditoriumParticipants move to their respective competition venues: Crisis Command, or their Cent$ible theme room.
Flagship VenuesCrisis Command councils open the Situation Room with their national crisis briefing and dossier. Cent$ible Round 1 runs simultaneously across the theme rooms, in the format set by each theme.
Flagship VenuesA major escalation is released to the councils. Cent$ible rounds continue in the theme rooms: some themes run a single long block through to lunch, others move into their second scored round here.
Flagship VenuesCompetition rooms are secured; participants, judges and coordinators break for lunch.
Dining AreaThe final preliminary phases: councils prepare their National Crisis Response Plan, and Cent$ible teams play out the last scored round of their theme. Scores are totalled after this block and the top three teams in each theme go through to the Boardroom Finale.
Flagship VenuesA short break before the final Day 1 evaluation block.
Flagship VenuesFinal Day 1 submissions, council presentations, press and judges' questioning, and evaluation across both flagships.
Flagship VenuesJudges consolidate scores, finalists are announced, and shortlisted teams receive their Day 2 briefing.
Flagship VenuesAn informal platform for music, poetry, comedy, spoken word, short dance and participant showcases after the competitive programme.
Main StageParticipants change, refresh and prepare for Cultural Night.
Changing AreasCultural performance blocks, an interactive audience activity, and a DJ and social celebration to close Day 1.
Main StageStaged departure by school and transport group, with headcounts and check-out by the departure team.
Departure PointBoth grand finals run in parallel and conclude before lunch, followed by the Élan Carnival and the Grand Closing and Awards Ceremony. Programme 9:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
Finalists report to their designated holding rooms; all other participants complete attendance and move to the finals venues.
Registration CountersParticipants settle and receive instructions for the finals, carnival and closing ceremony.
AuditoriumFinalists take position, audiences move, and both final venues are prepared.
Finals VenuesBoth grand finals run simultaneously. Crisis Command gets the final crisis reveal, council presentations and defence. In the Cent$ible Boardroom the top three teams from each theme are given a business situation to analyse, decide on and justify to the board, followed by board questioning. Both conclude before lunch.
Finals VenuesJudges finalise flagship winners, runners-up, theme recognitions and individual awards. Results remain sealed until the Closing Ceremony.
Central Evaluation RoomLunch for participants, judges, dignitaries and the organising committee while the carnival completes its setup.
Dining AreaFood and student-run stalls, carnival games, skill challenges, photo booths, interactive installations, music and school showcases.
Carnival GroundsStalls close and participants move to the auditorium in their school seating blocks.
AuditoriumThe Élan highlights film, dignitary addresses, individual certificates for every participant, felicitations, special recognitions, flagship awards, winning-team speeches and the Director's closing address.
AuditoriumWinning teams, schools, judges and the organising committee take official photographs before organised dispersal.
