Crisis Command
Crisis Command is Élan’s flagship event. Teams act as the emergency governing council of a fictional country and respond to an evolving national crisis across both days.
No. It has public speaking and strategy, but it is not an MUN, debate, or conference. It is a live crisis simulation with roles, updates, teamwork, final response, and judging.
No. Students need curiosity, teamwork, and willingness to think under pressure. The format rewards leadership, communication, realism, ethics, strategy, and adaptability.
The ideal team structure is five students, with roles such as Head of State, Finance Minister, Foreign Affairs Minister, Policy Advisor, and Media & PR Head.
Yes. After the Day 1 briefing and strategy block, each team submits an Initial Response Brief. It records the team’s immediate priorities, resource choices, public communication approach, and first action plan before Day 2 consequences are introduced.
Tickets
Use the Tickets / Registration page, choose a pass, and submit the registration inquiry form. The organizer will then share confirmation and payment steps.
Venue ticket availability is not guaranteed. Students and schools should register in advance because capacity, badges, and hospitality planning are limited.
Ticket transfers require organizer approval so the attendee name, school details, contact records, and safety information stay accurate.
Confirmation can be sent through email, phone, or official coordinator communication once the registration process is finalized.
Schools
Yes. Schools can use the School Delegations page to request bulk registration support.
A school coordinator or teacher-in-charge can coordinate student rosters, permissions, travel details, and communication.
Yes, final category participation can be based on school interest, capacity, and event rules.
Volunteers
Yes. Use the Volunteer page to apply for registration, hospitality, stage support, audience management, speaker support, media/content, or logistics.
Volunteer recognition can be provided based on contribution, attendance, and final event policy.
Time commitment depends on the role. Volunteers should be available for briefing and assigned shifts.
Venue
Élan is planned at SGI Pune Campus, Pune, Maharashtra. Venue access, reporting gates, and room allocations will be shared with confirmed students and school coordinators.
Standard student and delegation passes include access to event-day refreshments. Premium and VIP passes include enhanced hospitality where available.
Accommodation is not included in individual student passes. Schools requiring support can request delegation assistance from the organizing team.
Safety
Élan is run with structured registration, school communication, volunteer coordination, emergency contact access, and responsible adult support where required.
