Élan is a premium interschool event experience built around creativity, performance, leadership, school spirit, networking, community, and its two flagships, the crisis simulation Crisis Command and the business arena Cent$ible.

Approved students, school delegations, invited guests, educators, confirmed supporters and volunteers, media, and collaborators can attend according to the final registration rules.

Schedule changes will be communicated through official event channels, email, coordinator updates, and on-site announcements.

Cent$ible is Élan’s business flagship, run in collaboration with Sanjay Ghodawat International School. It is a live inter-school business arena for students aged 14 to 20 where teams compete and collaborate across two themes, and the strongest teams advance to the Boardroom Finale.

Cent$ible is open to school students aged 14 to 20, across schools and delegations. First-year university students within the same age range are also eligible and can register individually.

It is team-based. Cent$ible is built around two competitive themes, and each theme is its own competition with two rounds. The strongest teams from every theme go through to the Boardroom Finale to compete for the overall championship, and there are networking sessions and interactive activities between rounds.

The two themes are BRAND बनाओ and NOTE नीति. Each theme runs its own rounds and sends its top three teams to the Boardroom Finale.

Cents are Cent$ible’s shared in-event currency. Teams earn, invest, and bid with Cents as the rounds play out.

The Boardroom Finale is the Day 2 round that decides the overall Cent$ible champion. The three highest-scoring teams from every theme come together and are given a business situation drawn from areas such as startup strategy, marketing, finance, brand management, business expansion, crisis management or entrepreneurial decision-making. Teams analyse the information, decide on a course of action, justify it to the board and answer board questioning. It is judged on business knowledge, strategic thinking, creativity, decision-making, problem-solving, financial understanding, communication, confidence, teamwork and composure under pressure.

No specific business background is required. Cent$ible is open to all students aged 14 to 20, and the rounds are built around creativity, strategy, adaptability, communication, and quick thinking.

On the Tickets / Registration page, select Cent$ible as your flagship and choose your theme in the registration form. Cent$ible is for students aged 14 to 20.

Use the Tickets / Registration page, choose a pass, and submit the registration inquiry form. The organizer will then share confirmation and payment steps.

Venue ticket availability is not guaranteed. Students and schools should register in advance because capacity, badges, and hospitality planning are limited.

Passes are non-refundable. This includes choosing not to attend, illness, travel problems, arriving late, missing a session, or being removed for breaching the Code of Conduct. The one exception is if Élan cancels the event or changes the dates for reasons within our own control. In that case you receive a full refund, or you can move your registration to the new dates. If the event is disrupted by circumstances outside our control, payments are not refunded. Full details are in the Refund Policy.

Transfers are not available as of right. A transfer may be permitted at the Organising Committee’s discretion if requested in writing at least 14 days before the event, and only before portal accounts and team allocations have been issued. The replacement participant must meet the eligibility criteria and complete registration and consent in full. See the Refund Policy for full details.

Confirmation can be sent through email, phone, or official coordinator communication once the registration process is finalized.

Yes. Schools can use the School Delegations page to request bulk registration support.

A school coordinator or teacher-in-charge can coordinate student rosters, permissions, travel details, and communication.

Yes, final category participation can be based on school interest, capacity, and event rules.

Yes. Use the Volunteer page to apply for registration, hospitality, stage support, audience management, speaker support, media/content, or logistics.

Volunteer recognition can be provided based on contribution, attendance, and final event policy.

Time commitment depends on the role. Volunteers should be available for briefing and assigned shifts.

Élan is planned at SGIS Pune Campus, Mulshi, Pune, Maharashtra. Venue access, reporting gates, and room allocations will be shared with confirmed students and school coordinators.

Standard student and delegation passes include access to event-day refreshments. Premium and VIP passes include enhanced hospitality where available.

It depends on your pass. The Standard and Late Registration passes include accommodation for the night of 5 September and transport in Pune between your accommodation and the venue. The Day Delegate pass (₹2,800) does not include accommodation or transport. It is for participants making their own arrangements. Travel to Pune itself is your own arrangement on every pass, though participants coming from Kolhapur can travel with the Élan team at an additional charge. Where accommodation is included, only one night is covered. Extra nights can be arranged at additional cost if you tell us well in advance.

After payment verification, participants receive their Élan UID and a secure link to activate their participant portal.

Yes. The detailed schedule is available inside the participant portal for confirmed participants.

Yes. Élan is a structured event with registration and check-in, assigned organisers and volunteers, emergency contacts and on-site support, including through the overnight stay. Supervision is group supervision appropriate to a school event rather than one-to-one care. Full details are in the Terms and Conditions and the Code of Conduct.
