Most schools will participate as delegations. A small number may collaborate more closely with Élan, but collaboration is not just a logo exchange. It requires shared responsibility, clear coordination, and active contribution to the event experience.
Collaboration model
What we expect from collaborating schools.
A collaborating school gets stronger visibility and ownership, but also takes on meaningful responsibility. The aim is to protect Élan’s premium standard while giving the collaborating school a real leadership role.
Student participation
Send an active delegation that participates seriously across Crisis Command, performances, networking blocks, and selected event moments.
Operational support
Depending on the collaboration level, assist with outreach, logistics, faculty coordination, venue support, registration flow, or student management.
Promotion support
Help share approved event communication with students, parents, school networks, and relevant student communities.
Discipline and safety
Support student conduct, attendance, timing, supervision, and emergency communication standards throughout the experience.
Brand alignment
Respect the Élan identity, communication tone, timelines, and final event decisions so the event feels consistent and premium.

Collaboration is useful only when both sides benefit. A school that contributes meaningfully can receive stronger recognition, visibility, student leadership opportunities, and association with a premium student-led event.
Stronger school visibility
Collaborating schools can receive approved recognition on the website, event communication, stage mentions, and selected media assets.

A school does not need to collaborate in order to attend. Regular delegation participation is the recommended path for most schools.
