Refund Policy.
This policy explains recommended refund, transfer, and event-change rules for Élan passes and delegation packs.
Ticket refunds
Student passes are refundable up to 14 days before the event, after deducting payment gateway charges if applicable. Within 14 days of the event, passes are non-refundable because event logistics, materials, and capacity are locked.
Transfers
Ticket transfers may require organizer approval. Participants should contact the organizer before transferring a pass.
Event changes
If the event date, venue, or format changes, updated guidance will be communicated to registered participants and school coordinators.
