Registration closes on 30 August 2026, or earlier if capacity is reached. The Early Bird, Standard and Late Registration passes include accommodation for the night of 5 September and transport in Pune between your accommodation and the venue. The Day Delegate pass does not include accommodation or transport, and is for participants making their own arrangements. Travel to Pune itself is your own arrangement on every pass. Participants travelling from Kolhapur can travel with the Élan team at an additional charge, as the team travels from Kolhapur. Where accommodation is included, only one night’s stay is covered. Additional nights can be arranged at extra cost, but must be requested well in advance; requests made close to the event, or on the day, may not be possible.

Your UID becomes your official Élan participant identity for the event.
