Two days. One crisis. No easy answers. Crisis Command is Élan’s signature leadership simulation where mixed-school teams step into the emergency council of a fictional nation and respond to an evolving national crisis.
Students take on cabinet-style roles, receive crisis updates, build a response, submit a Day 1 Initial Response Brief, manage public trust, negotiate priorities, and defend final decisions in front of a panel.
