These terms explain the basic rules for attending, registering, volunteering, and participating in Élan.
Event participation
Participation in Élan is subject to eligibility, registration confirmation, venue rules, school guidelines, code of conduct, and capacity limits.
Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward students, staff, guests, volunteers, confirmed supporters, and venue teams. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may lead to removal.
Schedule changes
Élan reserves the right to update timings, sessions, guests, venues, categories, and rules when required for safety, logistics, or event quality.
Media
Photography and videography may take place during the event. By attending, participants understand that official event photography and videography may be used for Élan communication, recaps, school outreach, event reports, and social media, while respecting reasonable privacy requests.
