Handle real event responsibilities and learn to make decisions quickly.

Help manage briefing rooms, team movement, submission flow, finalist coordination, and backstage pressure during the flagship simulation.

Each role should have a coordinator, reporting time, briefing, and clear checklist before the event day.

Check-in, verification, badges, queues, and arrival support.

Guest comfort, green room coordination, refreshments, and welcome support.

Mic handling, cue sheets, performer movement, and backstage discipline.

Seating, movement, crowd guidance, and safety coordination.

Guest arrival, session readiness, green room, and communication.

Photo, video, reels, interviews, captions, and live content capture.

Supplies, signage, movement, stall support, and problem-solving.
