The Boardroom is a business decision-making arena rather than a quiz or a pitch. You are given a business situation drawn from startup strategy, marketing, finance, brand management, business expansion, crisis management or entrepreneurial decision-making. Analyse the information, identify the opportunity, decide on a course of action, then justify that decision and answer board questioning.
